Four-Day Blueberry Protein Oats
Make it every four days and breakfast is never a decision again. Oats and three seeds, a chocolate protein shake poured in as the liquid, and frozen blueberries that melt into a jammy layer overnight. Line up four boxes, fill them, done until Friday.

Method
- 1
Line up four boxes or jars. Add 60 g oats and a tablespoon each of flax, chia and hemp to every one.
- 2
Split the chocolate protein evenly between the boxes. Shake one share with 12 oz of cold water until smooth, pour it into the first box, and repeat.
- 3
Stir each box well, getting into the corners, so no dry pockets of oats or chia are left.
- 4
Top each box with 100 g of frozen blueberries. Don't stir them in. They thaw overnight into a jammy layer.
- 5
Seal and refrigerate overnight. Eat cold straight from the box, or microwave 90 seconds for warm oats.
Keeps 4 days in the fridge. Past day 4 the oats get soft and the flavor fades, so make 3 or 4 at a time.
- Want it creamier? Shake the protein with soy milk instead of water for about 10 g more protein and a milkshake texture.
- Frozen berries beat fresh here. They release their juice as they thaw, which flavors the whole box.
- Any chocolate or vanilla plant protein works. Swap yours in above and the macros update.
