Contribution Policy

A contribution is a voluntary payment, in an amount you choose, that supports PBB's mission and the continued development of the platform. As a thank-you, contributors may receive extra features, such as PBB Plus or AI recipe photos.

PBB is a mission-driven company, not a registered charity. Contributions are not tax-deductible donations.

A monthly contribution is charged when you start it and then on the same day each month, until you cancel. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment.

You can change the amount or cancel anytime from your account: open My plan and tap Manage contribution. When you cancel, no further charges are made, and any thank-you features stay on until the end of the month you've already covered.

A one-time contribution is charged once, when you make it. Nothing renews.

If you contributed by mistake, contributed the wrong amount, or were charged for a month after you meant to cancel, message us within 30 days of the charge through Help & feedback and we'll refund it in full.

After 30 days, contributions are generally non-refundable, but we'll always look at your situation. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Contributions are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach PBB's servers. Charges appear on your statement as GOPBB.COM.
