PBB is a free plant-based recipe and meal-planning web app. It includes recipes with protein swaps and nutrition estimates, calculators, guides, meal plans, shopping lists, profiles of plant-based people, and tools for adding your own recipes.

PBB is free to use. Some features (PBB Plus) may be offered free to everyone or unlocked by an optional contribution. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

PBB is for general education and inspiration. It isn't medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional.

Nutrition numbers are estimates calculated from ingredient reference data and can differ from what you actually cook. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, feeding a child, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a food allergy.

Check every ingredient yourself for allergens. Brand names are shown for comparison only and belong to their owners.

You need an account for some features. Give accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you're under 18, use PBB with a parent or guardian's permission.

Contributions are optional and voluntary. They support PBB's mission and the continued development of the platform. PBB is a mission-driven company, not a registered charity, so contributions are not tax-deductible donations.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly contributions renew each month until you cancel. Our Contribution Policy explains billing, cancellations and refunds.

You keep ownership of the recipes, photos, reviews and other content you add. By adding content, you give PBB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and adapt it to run the platform. If you choose to share a recipe publicly or apply to be featured, that license also covers showing it to other people and promoting it, including on our social channels.

Only add content you have the right to share. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. Recipes shared with the community must be fully plant-based.

We may review, edit for formatting, hide or remove content, and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Some features use AI, such as building a recipe from a screenshot, checking that a recipe is plant-based, estimating nutrition, and generating recipe photos. AI output can be wrong. Review it before relying on it. Content you submit to these features is sent to our AI providers to process.

The PBB platform, design, recipes, text, photos and software belong to PBB or its partners. You can use them for your own personal, non-commercial cooking and planning, and share links freely. Please don't copy, scrape, resell or republish them without permission.

Don't misuse PBB. That includes trying to break or overload it, accessing accounts or data that aren't yours, scraping it at scale, or using it to send spam.

PBB is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will follow from using it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PBB and the people behind it are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything resulting from your use of recipes, nutrition estimates or other information on PBB. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you contributed to PBB in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using PBB and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let account holders know. Continuing to use PBB after a change means you accept it.
