Peanut Butter Banana Batch Oats

For the soy milk crowd. Vanilla protein, peanut butter powder and a little maple, with banana stirred through so every bite tastes like banana bread batter. Four boxes, one bowl, and it gets better on day two.

Method

  1. 1

Whisk the soy milk, the protein powder, peanut butter powder, maple and cinnamon in a big bowl until smooth.

  2. 2

Stir in the oats, chia and mashed banana.

  3. 3

Divide between four boxes, seal and refrigerate overnight. Add sliced banana the morning you eat it.

Storage

Keeps 4 days in the fridge. Slice fresh banana on top the day you eat it so it doesn't brown.

Good to know
  • Water works instead of soy milk, but you'll lose about 7 g of protein per box and the creaminess.
