Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark

Thick protein yogurt spread on a tray, dotted with berries, drizzled with dark chocolate and frozen until it snaps. Break it into shards and keep a bag in the freezer for hot afternoons. It's the healthiest thing that's ever felt like cheating.

Method

  1. 1

Line a sheet pan with parchment. Stir the protein powder and maple into the yogurt until smooth.

  2. 2

Spread about ½ inch thick, then press in the berries and scatter the pumpkin seeds.

  3. 3

Melt the dark chocolate chips in a small bowl set over simmering water, or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.

  4. 4

Drizzle with the melted chocolate and freeze until solid.

  5. 5

Break into shards and store in a freezer bag. Let a piece sit for a minute before biting.

Storage

Keeps 2 months in the freezer.

Good to know
  • Use frozen berries straight from the freezer. They sink in less and stay beautiful.
