Berry Crunch Protein Parfait
Protein powder stirred into thick soy yogurt turns it into something closer to cheesecake filling. Layer it with berries and granola in a jar and you've got a breakfast that travels. It takes three minutes and zero dishes you'll resent.

Method
- 1
Thaw the frozen mixed berries on the counter (or in the microwave on low) until soft and juicy, then drain off any excess liquid.
- 2
Stir the protein powder into the yogurt until completely smooth and thick.
- 3
Layer half the yogurt, half the berries and half the granola in a glass or jar, then repeat.
- 4
Finish with hemp seeds. If you're packing it, keep the granola in a separate container so it stays crunchy.
Assembled, it keeps overnight in the fridge. The granola softens, which some people prefer.
- Thawed frozen berries release juice that swirls into the yogurt. It's cheaper than fresh and looks better too.
