Nugget Night Snack Plate

Some nights the win is just getting a good dinner in front of everyone. Plant-based nuggets and sweet potato fries go in the air fryer together, cucumbers and fruit go on the side, and kids build their own plate. It covers protein, a vegetable and a fruit with zero arguing.

Method

  1. 1

Heat the oven to 425°F. Toss the sweet potato fries with the oil and salt and roast on a lined sheet pan.

  2. 2

Add the nuggets to the pan and roast everything until the nuggets are hot and the fries are browned at the edges.

  3. 3

Fill each plate with nuggets, fries, cucumber sticks and berries, with a dip in the middle.

Storage

Best fresh. Leftover nuggets and fries re-crisp in the air fryer in 3 minutes.

Good to know
  • A muffin tin makes a great kids' plate. One food per cup, nothing touching.
  • Want more whole food? Crispy Tofu Fingers swap right in.

Give them a muffin tin or divided plate and let them build it.
