Method
- 1
In a small bowl, whisk 1 tbsp black sesame paste with 1 tbsp maple syrup until smooth and pourable.
- 2
Wash your fruit. Peel and cube the mango, dice the white and red dragon fruit, and slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Spoon the coconut yogurt into a serving bowl and spread it evenly across the bottom.
- 4
Sprinkle the granola over the yogurt to make a crunchy layer.
- 5
Arrange the mango, both dragon fruits and the strawberries over the granola. Spread them out so the colors mix nicely.
- 6
Sprinkle the cacao nibs, hemp seeds and chia seeds over the fruit. Finish with a small sprinkle of goji berries.
- 7
Drizzle the black sesame maple sauce over the bowl with a spoon or squeeze bottle. Serve right away so the granola stays crunchy.
The sesame drizzle keeps in a sealed jar in the fridge for about a week. Assemble the bowl right before eating.
- For a batch of drizzle, whisk 4 oz black sesame paste with 4 oz maple syrup (always 1:1) and keep it in a squeeze bottle.
- Add the granola just before eating so it stays crunchy.
- Any ripe tropical fruit works if you can't find both colors of dragon fruit.
