Sandra's Chocolatey Smoothie Addiction
Baby bananas are alkaline and provide better nutrition than the Cavendish bananas if you’re able to get your hands on them. You can find them at Asian or international markets. For this recipe, I used 6 baby bananas. otherwise, regular bananas work too. Sprinkle a little extra cacao nibs for the topping as well.

Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to your high speed blender except for the cacao nibs and toppings.
- 2
Blend until smooth. Give or take more ‘milk’ until you reach the desired consistency.
- 3
Once your blend is smooth enough, add in the 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs and blend on 5-6 speed for about 20-25 seconds. You don’t want to blend to hard. Otherwise, the nibs will disintegrate into the smoothie and you won’t have the chip pieces.

Pour into your glass of choice, add the toppings, and enjoy!
Best enjoyed right away. Leftovers keep in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours, so give it a good shake before drinking.
