Joey's Tofu Stir Fry Bowl
This is the bowl natural pro bodybuilder Joey Bilotich ate every day of his prep. Air-fried tofu seasoned with the basics, a pile of rice, edamame and whatever stir-fry vegetables you like, finished with the sauce of your choice. Cheap, fast, and it hits the macros every time.

Method
- 1
Cook the rice according to the package if it isn't already made.
- 2
Heat the oven to 400°F. Press the tofu with paper towels to get the extra water out, cut it into small cubes, and toss with the garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt.
- 3
Spread the tofu on a lined sheet pan and bake, flipping once, until golden at the edges.
- 4
Meanwhile, stir-fry the vegetables and edamame in the olive oil over medium-high heat until tender.
- 5
Build 2 bowls with the rice, tofu, edamame and vegetables. Add the soy sauce to taste right before eating.
Keeps 4 days in the fridge. Pack the sauce separately so the tofu stays crisp.
