Sausage and Spinach Baked Ziti

Crumbled sausage, jarred marinara, a mountain of spinach and pasta, all bubbling under a golden lid of cheese. Stir it together, slide it in the oven and walk away. It's the dish you bring to someone's house when you want to be invited back.

Method

    Heat the oven to 400°F and put the pasta on to boil. Cook it 2 minutes short of the package time.

    Meanwhile, chop and brown the sausage in an oven-safe pan with the garlic.

  3. 3

    Stir in the marinara, spinach, nutritional yeast and seasoning until the spinach wilts. Fold in the drained pasta.

    Top with the cheese and bake until bubbling and golden at the edges.

Storage

Keeps 4 days. Freeze portions for up to 3 months and reheat covered at 350°F.
