Crispy Potato Burger Bowls
Burger bowls fix the problem where the patty slides out the back of the bun. Oven-crispy potatoes, a seared patty in chunks, crunchy lettuce, pickles and a tangy burger sauce, eaten with a fork. It's weirdly perfect.

Method
- 1
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- 2
Heat the oven to 425°F. Toss the potatoes with oil, spices and salt and roast until golden, flipping once.
- 3
While the potatoes roast, shred the romaine, dice the tomato, thinly slice the red onion and chop the dill pickles.
- 4
Stir the burger sauce ingredients together.
- 5
When the potatoes have 5 minutes left, sear the Impossible Beef in a hot pan as two big patties, then break into chunks.
- 6
Build bowls with lettuce, potatoes, burger, tomato, onion and pickles. Drizzle with sauce.
Keep the parts separate for up to 3 days. Re-crisp the potatoes in the air fryer.
