Delete your PBB account

You can delete your PBB (Plant-Based Blueprint) account at any time, in the PBB app for iPhone and Android or on gopbb.com. It's the same account in both places, so deleting it once deletes it everywhere.
In the PBB app
- Open the You tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
On gopbb.com
- Sign in and open My Blueprint (gopbb.com/me).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Can't sign in?
Send us a message from Help & feedback (gopbb.com/help) using the email address on your account, and ask us to delete it. A person on the PBB team handles every deletion request and replies within 1 to 2 days.
What's deleted
Deleting your account takes effect right away. If you have a monthly contribution or a PBB Coach membership, it's cancelled first so nothing charges again. Then we delete:
- Your account, sign-in and profile
- Your plan, intake answers, saved recipes and shopping list
- Recipes you created, and your reviews, ratings and likes
- Your PBB Coach conversations, what Coach remembers about you, and your check-ins
What we keep
- Payment records for contributions and PBB Coach, which we keep for tax and accounting. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own records too.
- Messages you sent us through Help & feedback or email.
- Foods you added to the ingredient list and restaurants you suggested, no longer linked to your account.
- Usage statistics, no longer linked to your account.
A featured People profile isn't removed when you delete your account. Send us a message from Help & feedback and we'll take it down.
